Get back in by text.

We already know the phone that's yours. Send one message from it, and you can set a new password without waiting for an email.

On a computer? That button needs the phone in your hand. Instead, sign in with a texted code — the code comes to your phone and you type it here — then change your password in Settings.

Is your phone number not on your profile? Then nothing on this page can reach you, and there is no email reset yet. Ask your administrator to set a new password for you — then confirm your number in Settings, so it never happens twice.
